I am thankful I did! I've had drainage issues for months and I've used another plumbing company before and they temporarily fixed the problem. Mr. Baskin went above and beyond expectations. He had to go on the roof of my home (I have an older home) saw the issue, but he went further to try and find the actual problem. He dug a very small hole in my yard put this little scope thing down the whole and bam, found the actual problem! He didn't charge extra for that, however, he was honest in letting me know that the problem was going to be expensive and actually gave me other plumbers that maybe a little cheaper. Well his honestly alone won me over and I did hire them for the job and I couldn't be more happier!! If you guys are looking for fairness and honesty Baskin & Son Plumbing are your guys!! Thank you Mr. J, you're the best!!
