    Halibut and Demi More Burger
    Danilo D.

Came in here today for lunch and our waitress Sierra was so accommodating because we had our pup with us. She got us a dog bowl and needed to move a couple times since we were in the sun which we totally felt like a hassle but she made us feel very welcome. Seating outside looked just as great as the inside. The food was great we had the halibut and Demi more burger 5/5. The service/hospitality will definitely have us coming back.

We were seated immediately and the server was very vigilante and made sure we had what we needed. The food was very good and they were very accommodating with splitting the food. Me and a friend shared the chicken sandwich and that was the portion I received when splitting. The patio was nice and pet friendly. Would definitely come back.

Their in house beers were fantastic, especially the hazy IPAs but what really surprised us was how incredible the cocktails were. Every dish we ordered, from the salad to the pizza, was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The service was truly top notch. Everyone, from the hosts to the bartenders (Carla was the only name we got & she was outstanding) everyone was warm, friendly and super knowledgeable, which made the experience even better! Great food, amazing drinks, outstanding service, and a super cute aesthetic, this will be our new go to spot. Can't wait to come back!

Just really great service all around. The baked oysters are my favorite thing on the menu. We also tried the cauliflower which was probably my second favorite item we tried, the birria quesadilla was tasty and loved that it wasn't as heavy as birria typically is. The chicken tinga tacos were also really tasty but probably the heaviest item out of what we ordered. The Pinot Grigio on hh was delicious! refreshing and crisp (not sweet) and margarita was also good could have been a little less sweet but that's just my personal preference. I love how much outdoor seating there is, great place to bring your pup :)

We stopped in and ordered a couple brews from the super friendly bartender. She then told us to go upstairs and enjoy the rooftop bar. Whhhaatt??? Did you say rooftop bar?? We both headed upstairs and what a great space. Lots of tables, views, music and the vibe was perfect. We enjoyed our brews and shared the best protein bowl. Wonderful service even though I was from the opposing team. Ha! Ha! I will definitely return here n the future and highly recommend. Also got an order of chips and guacamole. Chips were from a bag, so-so, though the guac tasted fresh and really went nicely with our beers. Btw, their rooftop lounge was closed, only open thurs-sun. So we hung out in their patio space which was fine. Definitely a cool neighborhood haunt.

From the moment we walked up, you could feel the energy. Novo is part restaurant, part sports bar, part massive block party, and somehow it pulls all three off perfectly. High-quality LCD screens are everywhere, so there's actually not a bad seat in the house, whether you're on the sprawling patio or enjoying the spacious indoor area. The vibe is electric without feeling chaotic, and it's family-friendly too. The food and drinks matched the energy. Every dish we ordered was packed with flavor, and the cocktails were clearly crafted with care. There's something for everyone on the menu, which made ordering for our group a breeze. A tremendous shout-out to Madison, who took great care of us and made the entire visit feel personal, attentive, warm, and just plain fun. Honestly, the entire staff seemed genuinely happy to be there, and happy we were too. Add in free, easy parking, and Novo checks every box. If you haven't been yet, go. It might just become your new home away from home. We'll be back soon. Thank you, Novo!

The ambiance is beautiful, very bright, and the patio is by far the restaurant's biggest attraction. Unfortunately, the service and, most importantly, the food were extremely disappointing. The prices are very high for food that is well below average in quality. The restaurant promises a Brazilian experience, yet the flavors are reminiscent of another cuisine entirely. The food was expensive, bland, and lacked the warmth and magic of authentic Brazilian cooking. The only thing truly Brazilian seemed to be the branding and decor. The most frustrating part is not the high price tag but the fact that the experience did not come close to justifying it. As a Brazilian, I would not recommend this place and I will not be returning. Our server, Allison, disappeared as soon as she realized we had complaints. She never came back to ask if we needed refills or if there was anything she could do to improve our experience. When asked who had prepared the food, she stated that it was a Brazilian chef. Unfortunately, she happened to be serving a Brazilian family that knows its own cuisine and found it difficult to believe that a native Brazilian would present such a poorly executed representation of it. In the end, the food was a major disappointment. If you're simply looking for a pleasant atmosphere to spend time with friends, this place may be worth considering. However, if you're seeking an authentic Brazilian dining experience and food that justifies the premium prices, you will likely leave as disappointed as we did.

We were seated in a shaded area with plenty of space around us, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and unhurried--perfect for actually enjoying good food and conversation. A huge part of what made our visit so memorable was our server, Carina. She struck that rare balance of being genuinely warm and personable while also staying incredibly attentive. She was outgoing without being overwhelming, kind in a way that felt natural, and had a great sense of humor that made us feel instantly at ease. Carina was also very knowledgeable about the menu and offered helpful suggestions without any pressure. She checked in at just the right moments and made sure we had everything we needed, all while keeping the vibe light and fun. You can tell she really cares about creating a good experience, and it shows. For food, I ordered the smash burger with onions and lettuce served in a corn tortilla, along with a side of jicama. The burger itself was flavorful and satisfying, with flavorful juiciness you want from a smash burger. The onions added a nice savory depth, while the lettuce gave it a fresh crunch that balanced everything out. Serving it in a corn tortilla was a great twist--it made the whole dish feel a bit lighter while still being super filling, and added a subtle, warm corn flavor that tied everything together really well. The jicama on the side was crisp, refreshing, and slightly sweet--an ideal contrast to the richness of the burger. My friend went with a salad and an IPA, and both were a hit. The salad looked fresh and well put together, and they couldn't stop talking about how good it tasted. The IPA paired perfectly--cold, crisp, and exactly what you'd want alongside a light but flavorful meal. Overall, everything just worked--the food, the atmosphere, and especially the service. Carina really elevated the experience and made us feel taken care of in a way that's hard to come by. I'll definitely be back.
