The travel agency is always fairly quite so the staff are quick and eager to serve you when you walk in the door, if not a little to eager. There are plenty of travel brouchers to leaf through and get some good ideas from. I went in here with my dad when he was visiting from America and we went to change some of his cash, the staff member was very friendly and more then willing to help, whilst having a nice chat with him too. The only thing is I seem to get suckered into changing my money here because there is no queue and it is so quite, but if I was patient enough I would go next door to the post office wait in the queue and not pay any co-mission.

Every time I've used them they have been friendly and courteous and always offered good advice. I've never had a bad Thomson holiday. They have a very wide selection of brochures, and the staff seem very knowledgeable when you ask them questions about any of the holidays. Inside the store is quite large with a seated waiting area with some kids toys in which can be handy if you have kids and your booking a holiday.

Julia seemed to have a wealth of knowledge and was able to recommend lots of hotels having either been there herself or knew colleagues that had. She gave us time to make our choice and never made us feel under pressure. When we had decided on our holiday it was all booked quickly and efficiently by Julia. We would definitely go back to Thomas Cook in Witham to book further holidays as I can honestly say the service we received was second to none.
