I found exactly what I was looking for Christmas gifts and even something for myself. The store is opened Wednesday through Sundays. I've been a customer of Michael's for years going to various stories across the…read morecountry and almost every time I've gone in this particular location - it's extremely slow, backed up and takes forever to get any help. (Particularly with fabric). I'm understanding and sympathetic to new employees learning on the job and with businesses being understaffed with Covid but cackling with your co-workers openly in front of customers who are trying to get help, having multiple broken machines that hold up lines/take forever to even get a receipt, a cashier who doesn't know how to apply coupons nor do a proper return is unacceptable. This is the last time I'll be going to this location.
