When we tried to return the ring, the owner told us "he couldn't help the retard didn't know what he was getting" and refused to take the ring back unless we were exchanging it or getting store credit. This was the same day and the ring hadn't even been unwrapped. The store could have resold the ring without a loss. This was unreasonable and very unprofessional to use this type of language.

My experience at both locations was exemplary of what a shopping experience should be for high-end jewelry and luxury watches. Since I was relocating to Chattanooga Tennessee. I wanted to build a relationship with a local dealer for watch brands and jewelry that I plan on buying. I primarily worked with Luis Rodriguez at Fink's Jewelers in Chattanooga Tennessee. Luis was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, professional and also very easy to work with. Luis spent an extremely generous amount of time guiding me through the process of selecting my first watch that will become part of a collection of luxury watches. While there I also saw a piece of jewelry that caught my eye which is rare. I have very specific taste in jewelry and it's very hard for me to find anything I like for myself or as gift for someone else. However, the selection at Fink's Jewelers is quite exceptional and I actually found a wide variety of stunning pieces I admired. So, I also picked a beautiful necklace along with my first watch during my visit to Fink's jewelry store. I don't often write reviews, but I was so thoroughly pleased and happy with how everything went. So much so, that my entire experience at Fink's jewelry and with Luis Rodriguez earned my praise and a very positive review. In the 5th month I returned the bracelet and was advised the bracelet would be sent in for repair with an estimate within 2 weeks. After a month I returned to the store to inquire. At this point I was advised coating is not covered but the bracelet has been sent back to manufacturer. After several more weeks and no return calls were made I returned back to the store. At this point I was advised it would take 3 months to determine if the bracelet would be repaired free of charge or an estimate to repair. After 11 weeks I returned back to the store for an update. Was advised the bracelet has not been examined. Over 4 months had passed when I was advised the bracelet would not be repaired free of charge. Was further advised the coating on the bracelet was not manufactured for everyday wearing but I could pay to have the bracelet repaired. At this point it was very apparent that I did not agree with the outcome. As a courtesy they offered to waive the shipping and $100 of the $300 cost. When I stated that makes no logical sense to pay more money for a product that could not be worn daily the receptionist became very defensive. I requested for my bracelet to be returned without repairs. It has been almost 5 months since I released my bracelet to Finks. Upon picking it up today I was charged a shipping fee. Just more insult to injury. Thank you Finks for ruining a long standing relationship. I will never purchase another product from Finks or provide a positive recommendation. This bracelet has been in Finks possession longer than I have owned it. Thank you Finks for standing behind a product you sale and providing superb customer service. I was quoted 4 weeks a $100 to get the clasps replaced after they were already mailed out. For that price I told them to ship it back and I'll buy 3 new silver chains from tj maxx. I paid $150 to get the crystal replaced on the watch at the time and was quoted 4 weeks. It is now the end of May and I haven't heard anything about the watch. I came to pick up the chains at the end of March and inquired about the whereabouts of the watch. I've reached out 3 different time over the course of the past 3 months and no one can tell me where my watch is. Don't call yourself a jeweler if you can't fix these things on site. it's sad. Please do your own research, just about everything they have in stock is over priced.

AmRhein's jeweler listened to my concerns, examined my finger size and shape (older with arthritic knuckles) and asked about my daily activities ().
