I recently used GH Title for a sale i did on a property. The escrow officer was Cathy Talley, I received minimum communication from her through out the process. I emailed her a copy of signed documents asking for a confirmation of email. - Nothing. No email, No phone call. My property closed and recorded last Friday, No call, no email no Wire into my account. I wouldn't recommend this Company. Will call them tomorrow to find out where's my proceeds from sale.
