But it is obvious that the students want to do their best. I had a service that none of the students had seen before, a braid perm. They kept coming by to see how it was done. I was so impressed with their level of excitement about learning a new process. And my cosmetologist, B, was awesome!!! She was on her feet for almost 6 hours straight and had a great attitude! It was her first perm, let alone one she had never heard of. And her fellow students jumped in whenever she needed help. I am impressed with their professionalism, desire to learn, and how they performed their services.

No help from any instructors in the evening, even though they were clearly leaning up against the wall, talking and I expressed frustration about the perm, instructors did nothing!
