Multiple calls made Tuesday and Wednesday went directly to voicemail without response. I did not receive a return call until Thursday afternoon. When I returned that call, it again went to voicemail. When I left a voicemail on Thursday returning the receptionist's call, I believed the clinic might be experiencing phone system issues and wanted to make them aware. My husband, a new patient, experienced the same issue after calling five times in one day without reaching staff. On Friday, the receptionist returned my call and left a voicemail stating, "your phone also goes to voicemail, and just like you're busy, so are we." This response was concerning given the context of repeated unsuccessful attempts to reach the clinic for medical care. As of Friday, I have not been scheduled for an appointment. Based on this experience, timely access to care and effective communication appear to be limited. I would not recommend this clinic to patients who require prompt medical attention.

Doctor Asked my son if he had them and knew what they were. Then Sent him on his way. Later on, I went back to office same afternoon and asked why they assessed him without knowing those results. Office staff initially could not find results in computer and also stated he had made a mistake. Later, after lots of back and forth and waiting. Wahla !!! Results appeared in computer and I was told by the office manager that results were in computer all along. (then why could they not be found by staff at very beginning of my visit)???? And why did first girl I speak to tell me he made a mistake????? Why did the doctor not know my sons results during his office visit??? My question was never answered as to why the doctor never looked at them and that the one girl said he had made a mistake. Would not acknowledge that fact later in our talk. Luckily, I went and did their leg work for them (what we were paying them to do) and I got the results myself. Luckily, They came back good but the doctor did not know that at the time of assessment. If there would have been something wrong with his heart, I suppose we would have not known. That is what they get paid to do. They did not do their job and were negligent in not reviewing tests results that the doctor requested and then acted like they had done nothing wrong. Office staff was very rude and disrespectful and talked out of both sides of their mouths trying to cover up. First saying he had made a mistake and then the girl that said that disappeared and all other staff said they had results and they were in computer. Big Time COVER UP !!! We are getting records and moving on to a competent practice as well as sending a complaint to the Texas Medical Board. Please don't go here !!!

(FYI they do have heated bed for procedures which is super nice). But your hands and feet will be COLD. ESP. If they do another procedure before yours while you are laying there . Prep is COLD, too! Ahhh warm that up, lovies! Don't worry about the sour face on one of the front office staff people. It's nothing personal. I think they are just focused or something. The nurses are all friendly. Their corporate staff is very friendly and helpful, and the people they contract to do their services are professional, friendly and listen to you. We have not had the same experience as Gneaux W. We used them in 2017 and am to begin using them again for lab work and assist in transferring from wheelchair to hospital bed & vice versa. It is a matter of attitude, sometimes, as to whether or not something works well. Always keep in mind that caregivers can burn out, so try and be a bit forgiving if they have had a bad day. We are all here, playing out in our own personal theaters of drama, trying to make life a little better for each other. Perfection will never be achieved.
