This was a couple years ago, but this business randomly came across my feed and it still has left a sour taste in my mouth. They also brought in frozen coffee drinks and left rings on my $2,500 butcher block and skipped over two bedrooms ....given I have a three-bedroom house. I did not address, but I knew I wouldn't hire again, given the experience. I have since found a cleaner that is wonderful.

During the call, I attempted to explain my experience, but the conversation felt tense and one-sided, with limited opportunity to fully share my perspective. I was told the company guarantees 100% customer satisfaction, but my concerns about the service and communication were not addressed in a way that reflected that standard.

Next time I'm gonna have to get some before and after pictures, because they do miracles. (And work around the fact we have some weird cats with weird habits like drinking out of faucets). Can't recommend them enough!! The owner Grace is super professional, but also relatable. It's so easy to schedule (or reschedule if needed) and she has some amazing people working for her that I swear, work magic. Her pricing is great, and you definitely get the bang for your buck. (Plus being able to pay via venmo is great for me, I can prepay when I schedule and just know it's all taken care of.) It's the peace of mind and worry free style that honestly just takes that little bit extra off our plates.
