The food is fresh, the prices are great and you can find a lot of difficult-to-get items. At my last visit, I accidentally arrived without my wallet. They were kind enough to keep my order at the till for 20 minutes while I hurried home and retrieve my credit card. read more

Just had a really unpleasant and bad experience here. I was excited to check out the new Chinese grocery store here in Regina. It was very clean and had a variety of Asian items you can only get in bigger cities. My initial thought was that it was great and I will visit this one more than the other Asian store. However, when I was shopping around, my mom and I was followed by an Asian guy employee (looked like maybe a manager or something because he was carrying a stock sheet or something to take notes). I keep thinking back and have no idea why he would follow us. During the time we were there my mom wanted to take a picture of the "pig nose" to show my brother because it was funny and one if the girl employees said that we couldn't take pictures in the store. Ok that is fine we won't take any. Is that the reason the guy was following us around? I don't know. Maybe they thought we were spying on their prices?? Really? That would be a stupid reason because anyone can walk into a public grocery store to look at your prices. During checkout I even saw the guy take a picture of us on his cell phone. We felt like we were crooks for no reason at all. I was going to confront them but what good would that do? It's their store after all.
