I researched the haircut I wanted based on my hair type (which is very fine) so I knew what I wanted when I came in. The stylist - Pam - was fantastic. She was a little late for the appointment but she was running late from a doctors appointment. She profusely apologized. She listened to my concerns and agreed that based on my hair and face shape, that a bob cut would do. It came out great. I am moving to Florida but I would continue to see her if I wasn't. She proceeded to give me a side part but I thought nothing of it. When my service was completed I realized that my cut was completely uneven and the press didn't even last a full day. I expressed my disappointment to Bre and asked for a partial refund. I would not recommend this stylist for any kind of textured hair.

Further more I book earlier this week for Tuesday at 4:30 just to find out at 4 on my way there that it has been cancelled. The barber is simply unprofessional and has zero communication skills.
