Well on June 9 2020 i really needed a haircut because i didn't get one before the covid 19 pandemic so i check in with the great clips app for my iPhone & i went to the salon in Greenville here in MI & i was asked if i was check in so i said me & so i went in and waited i was 6 on the waitlist then Ashley asked me what i was doing today with my hair & i shown her my last time i got my hair cut & she got a idea of what i looking for & she asked me have i been to Greatclips before i said no i never been until today & she started to cut my hair & she and i was talking she was very nice and my hair cut came out good and the price of my hair cut was $16 not to much money to spend on a hair cut so overall the place was clean and nice looking inside i will come back to the salon here in Greenville mi again the answer is yes & i give the salon 5 stars read more

Visiting from Arizona and needed a quick haircut. Contrary to the atmosphere with others I have been to, it was upbeat, extremely busy and the staff was very friendly. Lisa cut my hair and I highly suggest her. She was outgoing, asked a lot about me and made the experience an absolute pleasure. Also asked if my notes were in line and she went out of her way to discover they had the wrong person on file. She updated my file since I don't live here and gave me exactly what I was looking for. I went to great clips today I said half a inch and a few layers, I even showed the girl with my hands,! I did not like the uneven way she cut. She said she was using special thinning shears and then scrinching it so I thought hopefully it's all curled up tight and when I comb it out there is a little length! My husband asked why I paid, and why I let her cut so much off well I thought she listened. If I learned anything it's to use a little harsher tine next time I do expect a refund it a coupon and a apology or something man it will take a year for my hair to grow out again thank you read more
