Absolutely atrocious, brought my son (5) who gets haircuts every 3 months so it's something he's more than familiar sitting for. We asked for a mullet/Mohawk since his hair isn't long enough for a true mullet just yet. Specified to save as much length as possible, the cut started off perfect was looking good right off the bat I looked away for a moment when I looked back up she had buzzed half my sons head. When asked why she's giving him a fade she told me she wasn't done yet and that it's not a fade. My son left that chair not even ten minutes after that and the sides of his head aren't even blended together, the back tail of the Mohawk is off center, and he now has straight across bangs??? So correct it's not a fade just and absolutely terrible haircut . I was offered no condolences or resolutions just that it will grow back and get over it but lord we're they still ready to be paid. read more

There was a 39 minute wait according to the online booking system. No problem, I've seen worse at other locations. I login, sign my kids up for a haircut, and take about 20 minutes to drive to the salon. When we arrived, there was a lobby full of people waiting and the front desk girl asked if we had booked online. "Yes, we did." She found our names, checked us in, and informed us there were still 5 people ahead of us. No problem. In light of this, and the fact that there wasn't room for us all to sit and wait, we decided to go the store next door to kill some time. We returned about 30 minutes later to find out they had removed our names from the list! We were told by the front desk girl that it was "because there were others waiting behind you to get haircuts". Seriously?! Every other Great Clips in America skips your name if you haven't arrived to the salon yet and moves on to the next customer keeping your place at the top of the list until you've arrived. Not so with this location! Without any regard to my objection, our names were readded to the bottom of the list behind the people who had obviously come in after us and who were still waiting to be called. While this was a frustrating inconvenience, it wouldn't have been such a bad experience had it not been for the overall attitude and demeanor of the front desk girl. She was extremely rude, unprofessional, and flippant to the point where my child whispered in my ear while we waiting and asked why she was so mean to us. I am shocked that this woman, considering she's the first person customers have interaction with upon walking in, still has a job at this salon with such a total indifference and disregard for customers. Yikes! Also of concern, the stylists have no issue with leaning on the outside of the salon building in plain view to chain smoke their cigarettes (even with a sign posted on the building stating that smoking within 20 ft of the building is prohibited) and then they come back inside reeking of cigarette smoke to cut hair. I guess the sanitary rules and regulations governed by the Georgia Board of Cosmetology don't apply to this salon... Nothing's worse than sitting in the chair with someone's smelly cigarette breath and smelly cigarette hands close to your head & face for the duration of your haircut. And we all know cigarette odor is hard to get rid of no matter how many times you wash your hands, pop a mint, or spray perfume. And don't bother calling the toll free number given in the response to every negative review. I already tried that with no resolution. Interestingly, I was told by their customer service agent that policy across the brand is to wait 60 minutes before removing a customer's name off the list (if at all) regardless if others are waiting behind you. They're to keep moving to the next name on the list until you arrive to the salon. Imagine that! I received a scripted apology from the customer service agent and was told my complaint would be passed along to the salon owner for him/her to reach out to me. I received a call from Amy, the general manager of the salon. She left a voicemail for me requesting additional details of my experience, but when I called her back a couple of hours later, she didn't answer so I left a message. That was January 13th. I haven't heard from her or anyone else since. Honestly, I'm not surprised considering the previously mentioned lack of customer service oriented "professionals" they have working in this store. At any rate, Amy, you now have the additional details you requested. No need for a generic, "we're sorry to hear this" response to this review. I had a professional named Jen do my hair last time and she did a great job! I've been looking to find a "go - to " person for awhile and I finally have. She was very friendly and I can tell she loves her job. She not only took care of me but made sure all other customers in their store were taken care of as well. I had my hair cut on Saturday evening. I showed them what I wanted and I said they could go just a bit shorter. Not only did she cut my hair shorter than what I wanted I said I wanted long layers and not only did she not do that but my hair is now longer in the front and shorter in the back and it looks horrible. I am unable to style my hair at all nor can I put it up. I am very upset and not happy with this at all. read more

They require a mask even though I have a medical condition. You can't deny service based on a medical condition, you can be sued. Also, telling me I have to wear it anyway is practicing medicine without a license. I would consult your corporate lawyer and change the way you handle it before you get sued. read more

No customer service. Yesterday I go to get a hair cut. They're not busy and the wait time is one min. I wait five before someone can be bothered to check me in. In that time someone in the parking lot signs in online as will as 6 kids. Then I was told I'd have to wait the 45 mins because they didn't check me in first. Worst hair cuts ive ever had. I had one girl that did an excellent fade. The second time, i asked for a fade and got a high and tight, which was terribly done and uneven as heck. I had to go home and try to fix it myself. This last time, again wanted a fade, and idk what i got....maybe a low and tight, which is uneven as heck. Did a terrible job shaving my neck too. Again had to go home and fix it myself. Wouldn't recommend this place at all. Not to mention their price for a basic fade with nothing else is $15! read more

It was either this location or a dog groomer, I needed a hair cut bad so I stopped by. I was seated quickly and was in and out pretty quick. The people here were extremely nice and they did a quick job on my haircut. They also didn't charge much for a haircut and shampoo and blow dry only costs 26 bucks which is pretty good for a twelve year olds haircut. I love this place and online registration is easier for me because as soon as you go in it's a small wait and they call out the name you wrote down. read more
