Today kind of shocked me. I started going here a couple months ago. Had 4 or 5 cuts from the same…read morelady. Very nice and good hair stylist. I went in needing a hair cut sat down did not make a request but usually wanted only her. I did not make them aware that anyone could cut my hair. So I sat down. When I walked in it was my normal stylist there. So I didn't know others were there. Then one came up and put me In the system. Normally my haircut a bald fade 25$ I tip 5$ today got a 10$ fee for wanting the same stylist. To cut my hair, or at least that's what I was told. I had no idea this was even a policy. I get my hair done every 3 weeks. So here's the thing I'm not going to pay 25 plus 10 plus 5. Equally 40$ for a short haircut. Definitely not happy I wasn't given the option or told about this. My choice was taken away. I would have tried the other girl today because I needed it done today. However, now I must find a new hair stylist. Because this was bad business not telling about a fee before it happens. I am open to chat about a refund of this fee and how to not insure this fee. But because of this 2 stars. 1 for friendly and 1 for quality of cut Minus 3 for business practice, not a way to keep a client happy, not aware of said fee, now also wait time. There should not be a wait time if a fee is presented. Price now way to high to keep me. So 25 dollars every 3 weeks plus 5 maybe more in tips every 3 weeks wasn't good enough. So for that as a paying customer is out. Greed lost. 10 refund should be issued. This is I liked this place and that lady. I don't want to bad mouth a good person. But this was bad business!
