I can't stress enough do not come here. I strongly advise others to think carefully before choosing this office. Despite confirming they were in-network with our insurance ahead of time, we were charged $250 at the visit for an ozone add-on. Now, seven months later, they are attempting to bill us an additional $375 for charges that were never clearly explained at the time of service. Delayed billing of this nature is frustrating and feels unprofessional. If there were remaining balances, those should have been communicated promptly not many months later. Additionally, our experience with both the hygienist and dentist did not meet our expectations in terms of quality of care. Dentist broke HIPPA and rushed through our exams. We weren't able to provide our own imaging so they could do theirs and charge exorbitant fees which is more than any insurance company is willing to pay. We have insurance covered for 4 visits a year, imaging included. We've never paid anything out of pocket before this visit and have since switched and have never paid anything after. Don't fall for the hype like I did. Transparency, timely billing, and clear communication matter. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. read more

I cannot say enough great things about this place. I was visiting the area on vacation. Was experiencing pain and needed to see someone that day. It was 11 am on a Friday. Even though they close early on Fridays, they still squeezed me in as a new patient. The office staff was the friendliest I have ever encountered and the doctor was equally the same. She was patient, kind, and I didn't feel like they were rushing to treat me. I was in and out under and hour with my problem fixed. There is not a business in the world that can top the customer service nor the high-end quality of dentistry and orthodontics. From the front desk to the assistants to the doctors, you can not imagine more qualified people nor placing yourself into better hands. My entire family goes here for dentistry, orthodontics, whitening and veneers. Based on experiences with past orthodontists that failed my daughter greatly, I can not tell you how grateful we are for their skills and dedication to her orthodontic needs. Despite coming to them too late, and having had braces already , they were able to help her with her very difficult case. I've come to recognize dental visits as prophylactic for only the most prevalent problems. This visit was different. I was impressed with the depth and breadth of treatment and coverage by Doctor O'Donnell and his staff. In my lifetime of dental visits I have only had 30% of the screenings (oral cancer, TMJ, etc.) as I received in this one visit.
