They put up a fence for me a couple years ago. Very pleased with them. Paperwork said they will repair fence if it comes apart. Well I called them on August 11, 2024 and they said they would fix it. Paid this company a down payment of $5,160 for them to install a new fence the first week in July. They stated that we were next on the list. Weeks, then months went by......still no fence. When contacting them several times we kept getting excuses like COVID, employees not showing up, football game finals, hunting season, vacations ect. Finally around the end of November they assured us they would be here the next week to do the job. NO SHOW, NO CALL. First of December we asked for our money back. They said no because it was non refundable and that they were still going to install it. At this time the ground was already beginning to freeze and we didn't believe a word thEy said anymore after having our money for over 5 months with nothing to show for it. We dealt with more than a dozen contractors while building our new house and this is the only company that took advantage of us. Eventually after being in contact with the DA and police they finally sent us part of our refund in March (more than 8 months later) claiming they kept approximately $1,200 for costs associated with returning the fence. I once again contacted them and after many conversations he "promised" he would send me another $600. He never did. I will definitely share our texts with anyone who wants to see them to prove that they don't deliver what they promise. STAY CLEAR AND FIND A REPUTABLE FENCE INSTALLER. read more
