I have tried to contact this company for over two weeks to redeem a groupon that I purchased. I have not received a single call or email from the company. After doing some research on the company, I see that they not only run a horse back riding club but also have many other businesses they run under the business name Great Northern Adventure Club. Wish I could give this business zero stars. We purchased a riding package from groupon for 6 people. Tried for over a week to schedule the horse riding. We have emailed, and left multiple voice mail messages, and the business never replied. Our vacation is now over and we were not able to redeem our groupon. I can not review their product, however their business practices and customer service is very poor. Do not buy a Groupon from this company it is a scam! read more
