It's is a good mall. I visited on the last Saturday of March 2026 and during the first weekend in May 2026 for business. PARKING -- There are alot of free parking options outside at the parking lot. SHOPPING -- Plenty of shops to choose from such as J.Crew, Victoria's Secrets, Yankee Candle, Kopper Popper (popcorn store), Apple (foe cell phones, headphones, and laptops), Auntie Anne's (pretzels), etc. FOOD -- There is a food court here that has about 5 different type of restaurants. I noticed Sbarro (pizza), Charley's Philly Steaks (Philly cheesesteak sandwiches), and Asian Chao (Chinese food). I've tried food from Asian Chao which was good - I got rice, some vegetables, and I believe chicken in a to-go plastic container. If you live in the area then visit Summit Mall. I've been to the Marshalls store, Dressbarn for work clothes and I have also gone to LensCrafters for an eye Doctor appointment. There is an AMC movie theatre here too although it is not actually part of Westgate since it is in a separate strip mall directly west of Westgate. If you are looking for more stores and/or top designers then head over to the Crocker Park mall or Beachwood mall. The parking lot here is huge to accommodate all the cars coming in and out of the mall so you won't have a problem finding parking. The food court had 2 people, that hallway and the main hallway had 10 people that I could see. The 2 of us, the 2 in the food court, a mom, Dad and little kid, a janitor and 2 more barely visible. Most stores were closed or empty. Pennys was open but I dont like Pennys. If you have your heart set on a particular store, I would call in advance. We were going to Bath and Body Works. I was worried but it was open. Oh there was a small live band playing their heart out near the food court. They were decent but I felt bad for them. The mall was empty. No one was there to enjoy them. The mall itself was clean. But at 2pm on a Sunday, a prime shopping time, at least 40% of stores were closed for the day. I remember back in the day when Kauffmann's and Macy's were there and still took pride in their store, this mall was bustling. Not anymore. It is sad.

In a separate section near the front, you can find many food options: Pulp Juice & Smoothies, Menchie's, Way Back Burgers, Beef o' Brady's, and Antonio's Pizza. I was able to find shoes at the Shoe Depot and an outfit at Maurices and jeans at Rue21 so I was happy about that. This probably wouldn't be my first choice. The bigger and better mall is about 45 min away in Canton.
