Not too astronomically priced for most things considering it's the only place you can buy anything without travelling back down the big hill. They have their litter control on point, which is a big thing for me, and a huge car park for people (*cough* too lazy *cough*, or) not up to walking up the GO.
Standard type bar, standard type cafe with whopping scones and ice-cream, strategically placed freight container ice cream stall next to the lengthy queues for the cable cars, tat shop, fish and chips (which did smell nice), picnic benches outside, kids play area, mini golf, not so mini golf nearby, good views- I would personally prefer to walk up there with a picnic- with the churches, mines, and various things to do, you could genuinely make a full day out of being up the Orme. read more
