I used to be registered here for many years. Have recently switched as I felt the standard of care was not as good as it could be. It can feel quite impersonal here. There are not so good at calling patients in for chronic disease check ups and really rely on you bringing yourself in for that. Reception is situated away from the waiting areas so you're less likely to ask those questions that pop into your head while you're waiting. If the doctor suggests you need to see the nurse for something, you have to make another appointment and come back another day. If you have tests done and the doctor is off when the results come back, you have to wait until they are back in work to find out. read more
