They even worked with us to try to get a replacement wheel so we wouldn't have to drive on the spare across Kansas. The owner's wife was going to drive one back from Salinas, but sadly the Ram dealer in Salina didn't have any that fit. I hope I never have to get auto service in Oakley again, but if I do, I know where to go.

The inside tread of both front tires was completely gone and Goodyear had no interest in working on my car, because they thought it was such a gamble. I was recommended to go here by the folks at Goodyear and thank god for their recommendation. After driving 40 miles from Hayes to WaKeeny my vehicle was serviced within an hour and a half and I was back on the road. The staff could not have been any nicer and the price was incredibly reasonable. Most importantly, had they not been willing to service my car, I would have had to ship my car the rest of the way across the country. He checked to see if he had the size I needed and he did. For a man in his 70s he sure can sling those heavy tires. He put two new tires on the rear of the RV and torqued them down. Then he told be drive few miles and he'll check the torque again. Very old school. Almost forgot that he gave he an excellent deal on the RV tires! We had a u-haul trailer attached to our SUV and he was able to tow that too. We had our dog so he brought us to a dog friendly hotel, helped us with our bags (so nice) and towed everything back to his shop. As we merrily drove across the country in September 2021, our water pump went out. We were where…read moreit looked like the middle of no where, on the shoulder of east bound I70 Kansas. We did the expected, called our road service for a town and waited, and waited, and waited. After two hours, two visits from friendly law enforcement officers, we used their offered phone numbers to get our of our situation. We called R&R Towing, some 15 miles in our back mirror, so-to-speak. In 15 minutes the tow truck arrived and quickly hitched up to our 40' RV. When the driver disconnected our drive line, he noted, and showed me that there was something wrong with the differential. We mentioned our problem of finding someone to replace the water pump. He said let me see what I can find, and made a call to Dreiling Services in Hays, KS. They said would fix our water pump, and look at the differential. Great! We were off in a flash, towing the 20 miles into Hays to the shop. The towing was fast, professional, and above and beyond getting us to the right repair shop. And with the proper documentation, our road service reimbursed all the services. Thank you very much for getting us to the shop. And as it turns out, the shop did an excellent job getting us back on the road again in a short time. We are now down the road some 1500 miles in deep south Texas. Thanks again.

Had A class C RV with left rear tire stem issues. I'd traveled from Florida visiting 3 separate shops! They all charged me and missed the issue! Not here. They Immediately Identified the problem. Willie, the store manager Was knowledgeable and fantastic in his supervisory position. He oversaw a shop of many personnel in a responsible, professional manner.
