The final straw was a claim i opened after having my truck broken into. They nickel and dime'd me to the point of covering maybe 50% of my stolen property and damage. I thought I would never have to deal with them again until a customer of theirs hit me. I asked the kid who hit me to call Allstate directly to open up a claim which he did. After 2 weeks of stringing me along they finally returned with the verdict that their wasn't enough evidence that it was their clients fault and that I was on my own to deal with $2,000 worth of body damage. The police report shows their client at fault along with a text message from him asking if he could pay for the damage out of pocket so that his insurance didn't go up. They love to take your money each month, but when it comes to paying out it is a joke. Would highly recommend never using these guys nor Allstate for your insurance business.
