This is a terrible organization, in February Rob called me to join, because they had two events at a Southland mall and one at Miami Free zone we signed up and gave a credit card for $300, we bought banners and promotional stuff set aside the dates. I get a call from Rob the day before that the event was canceled, he was giving us 3 other events, we where mad as hell but accepted 1 day before event we call to get set up info event cancelled. We requested our money back which took 3 calls and two emails, one month later no refund, call again and sen emails Rob promised it was coming. Called the better business bureau filed a complaint they wont respond, wrote a bad google review. Rob has the nerve 3 months later to threaten my wife that if we want a check we would have to remove the review and go to their office to pick up the check. This has been going on since February of 2016 for 4 months. when you cant fulfill your obligations and you inconvenience people to no end and they ask for a refund you give it to them you dont behave like a thug read more

We are a relatively new business but we already had a pleasure to work with the Chamber on a few marketing projects. My first time chamber meeting yesterday and what a great surprise.
