This is a terrible organization, in February Rob called me to join, because they had two events at a Southland mall and one at Miami Free zone we signed up and gave a credit card for $300, we bought banners and promotional stuff set aside the dates. I get a call from Rob the day before that the event was canceled, he was giving us 3 other events, we where mad as hell but accepted 1 day before event we call to get set up info event cancelled. We requested our money back which took 3 calls and two emails, one month later no refund, call again and sen emails Rob promised it was coming. Called the better business bureau filed a complaint they wont respond, wrote a bad google review. Rob has the nerve 3 months later to threaten my wife that if we want a check we would have to remove the review and go to their office to pick up the check. This has been going on since February of 2016 for 4 months. when you cant fulfill your obligations and you inconvenience people to no end and they ask for a refund you give it to them you dont behave like a thug read more

We are a relatively new business but we already had a pleasure to work with the Chamber on a few marketing projects. And we would like to express our appreciation to the Chamber and especially to Robert and Mark for helping us to expose our services to local customers and get more business for our studio. My first time chamber meeting yesterday and what a great surprise. The meeting which was conducted by Rob Urbanek and John Pastore was ran like a finely tuned engine with all attendees having more than ample time to present themselves and their companies.
