Order a drink for 2,5€ (beer is what everybody drinks, but you can also have tinto, or any soft drink) and take it with you where your friends are. 3. Go back to the bar and take some tapas the waiter has prepared for you. It's great that tapas are "for free". Even though the drink is expensive, you will always have huge plates of whatever they have. They always give you "Bravas" (and they are great) but also "croquetas" or sandwiches. "Pinta" is also the Spanish word for "pint", and "buena" is "good". So not only is the name "Looks Good", it's also "Good Pint". Not bad! Anyway, there are a lot of places now around the center of Madrid that sell craft beers. Not all of them have a bar, but the Buena Pinta does. Not all of them can boast of charging reasonable prices, but this place can. Juanma is also something ridiculous like trilingual, so if you don't speak Spanish it's not that big a deal. He's knowledgeable and charming, and has hired some good people. Let La Buena Pinta come highly recommended as a place to hang out and enjoy some great Spanish craft beers as well as a swell range of imports.
