I have been going to this place for the last few years and I always get too service. The staff are very attentive and I appreciate when I would get my exam done by Dr. Falco that she would take the time to explain things. I feel like my eyes were getting worse from the extra screen time because of my new job. Dr. Falco was very thorough in her exam and reassured me in everything. Her and her staff both helped me find glasses that would be appropriate for my face and gave me some samples of contacts to see what would feel better for my eyes. I'm so glad I found this place. I love the office especially because there is very little wait time. I've gone a few times and have seen two different doctors. Dr. Falco however was extremely patient with my two young children, informative, and genuinely caring. I had the opportunity to have her as my doctor for a follow up appointment as my doctor was not available. I felt she took her time to ensure that I was comfortable with my contact lenses. Any questions I had she answered in great length. I would definitely recommend the office and the office staff. read more

I am not easily impressed as can be seen by my restaurant reviews. Nor, do I typically cover regular consumer services. However, this is my exception. It is easy to see where the staff emulates their professional demeanor after meeting Dr. Falco. She has been treating my husbands vision with great satisfaction. Beside being extremely knowledgable she is truly compassionate, soft spoken and puts her patients first. She does not push product. No wonder, being a graduate of Penn State and receiving her doctorate from University of Indiana says all you need to know about her expertise in her field and her ability to diagnose eye constraints. Because of our personal experience and witnessing their approach with other patients present, I happily will refer her to our friends and family. read more

Very dishonest and incompetent staff who lies to the patient regarding what insurance covers what type of exam. They attempted to use my wife's health insurance that I am not on for my exam instead of using the vision plan I am covered under and now refuses to accept the vision plan because they say it was a "Physical Exam". Then they lied and said they told us they were using the health insurance card that was in fact a dental card that my name is not on. If they asked, I would have told them straight away that I am not covered under my wife's health insurance and said that we never presented any insurance card, but they charged me a copay of $40 for a "Specialist"? How would they get a $40 for a specialist if she did not have a card to see that on? Confused yet? I sure am and I will not be paying that bill! I'll see them in court for attempted insurance fraud for trying to use a plan I am not on. I strongly recommend you go to an honest optometry practice! read more

Dr. Falcon knows her stuff and her personality is welcoming. I am extremely relaxed and I feel like I have a great friend. The customer service from Jackie and Adrianna, is fantastic and they both take the time to answer all my questions. I am a mother of 4 and at times it can be financially challenging however, the Doctors really assisted me in every way they could and it helped. I had seen Dr. Plasner previously, who I considered to be a real gentleman and an excellent doctor. This time I saw the new Dr, Dr. Falco who, while she seems to know her stuff, did NOT project a professional demeanor. This is a quote from my facebook page: "regardless of the specialty, when you meet a doctor for the first time and she calls you "hun" several times and tells you that you are a "rockstar" and that Omega 3 supplements are "the bomb dot com"...yes she literally said that - makes me question whether i'll go back there. get it together girlfriend, you are not inspiring lots of confidence." I am not sure whether she thought she could speak to me like this because we are around the same age or what - but I was really uncomfortable and could not wait to get out of there. My family and I have been coming to this office for about 7 years and have always loved it. Unfortunately, all the good doctors have left the practice and their newest addition of Dr. Falco has prompted us look elsewhere. She is arrogant and condescending. So disappointing because it's so convenient to home. I would not recommend her at all and sadly, she is the only doctor doctor in that office.
