The crews were courteous and professional, arrived on time and made the move seem simple. They are a pleasure to deal with and the price is fair. I definitely recommend them . Just wanted to add to my complimentary review of Bema Brothers. I used them to move my daughter into Manhattan in March and again the service was great and the price was right. All involved were professional and careful with my daughter's furnishings Recently called and secured them to move my son's furnishings from storage in Norwalk to an apartment in Washington DC. Again the move went without a hitch. I can say I was lucky the first time I found Nick and his crew. I will continue to use Bema Brothers and recommend this company.

Do not work with this company. The owner, Nick, is completely incompetent. I had to consistently…read moremicromanage through the booking process. His inability to respond in a reasonable time was totally unprofessional. I had to prod him at least five times to send a countersigned contract (although he managed to go to the bank immediately to deposit my initial payment). I also had to continuously email him with questions that should have been quick, because he was unresponsive. The last thing you want to do when you're moving is micromanage your movers. I should have taken the hint from the lack of professionalism and not have worked with them, but they gave a good price for my move, so I put up with it. Big mistake. They damaged a number of my belongings on the move, and have subsequently been (big surprise!) totally unresponsive in getting everything fixed. I will also post pictures of all of the damage incurred during the move to discourage everyone else from booking with Bema Brothers. I'm contemplating taking this matter to small claims court and will certainly update the review if I win a judgment on the matter. Bottom line: do not be fooled by a competitive quote - DO NOT BOOK with these guys. You get what you pay for.
