We agreed on the price and they came in and cleaned our 2 carpets, moving some things I couldn't. The carpets look very nice again. I would have them back and recommend them. * - turns out this scheduler wasn't connected to their own so I had to reschedule over the phone. This could cause others to go to a competitor but I'm not sure who to blame - Yelp or Nelson, so leaving that point aside.
