If I can give 10 stars I would ! I've tried a bunch of delivery services in the IE , not that many deliver to Redlands but Green Kong made an exception for me and it's the only delivery service I will ever use. They ALWAYS have great deals and choices and the staff is top tier. I read some of the 1 star review on here and it is not even close to the experience I've had. They always send live updates and I even like how you can schedule deliveries for the future . As a business owner , I truly love and appreciate what they are doing at this dispensary. SHOUTOUT TO DAMIEN: he has taken care of my orders and is always very communicative, knows his products, provides the best customer service and will always make sure you are taken care of. read more

I have never had better, friendlier service in all these years of pharmaceutical flowers. The girls are a breathe of fresh air to talk to. The delivery drivers have magic carpets and will get to in a flash. The prices are good. The products are GREAT. YOU GOT TO TRY THEM OUT! read more

I must say that when Green Kong opened I liked this place very much. The store is very nice and laid back. The people are also very nice and helpful. There product is what a connoisseur like I am looks for. So with that said comes the BAD PART! I have driven there all the way from Menifee only to find that what I wanted was not there. If you're gonna put stuff on your menu then it SHOULD be there. This has happened to me no less than 4 times and that is UNACCEPTABLE 100% . Wasting my time and gas on a fixed income for a permanently disabled person is not right ! Guess I won't be going back there anymore. read more

Came here to buy a cartridge and use my loyalty points I had built up. Not one time using my points were there ever any "conditions" or "restrictions" regarding how I use the points previously. When I made my selection and told the bud tender I wanted to use my $10 worth of points. I was told I couldn't because the item I was purchasing was too cheap ? I have never heard of this, and I used my points previously here and bought a cart for $18. I was told by another gentleman that I had to get something $35 or higher to use my points? It doesn't say anywhere on the green Kong's website about a price condition to use your points. The employees either don't want to put in the effort, or this business is baiting and switching with their "loyalty points". Just avoid this place. And save yourself the trouble. Terrible. read more

This is a new dope store front located in Perris. They have some of the best flower, concentrate and so many other marijuana related products. They have a cool seating area and their set up is very well displayed. They have cool service, they offer a ton of discounts, and they work with customers to ensure their satisfaction. If you live in the IE, don't get delivery form this place. They have terrible service and even worse delivery times. Idk why they think it's normal to have 2.5+hour delivery times and expect the customer to act like things are "normal". I used to visit their shop in Perris but after today's delivery, I will not support their dispensary anymore. If you want 3 hour wait times and rude customer service, be my guest and help out Green Kong read more

The greatest group of people I am 63 and have been suffering debilitating knee pain due to a surgery that did not help my knees so I needed help because pain can be so hard you can't sleep and you can barely walk after my dispensary was not carring the one thing that helped I was in greater pain for the last month I needed help my daughter found this place and thank god she did I explained my problem and showed them what I had been working right away they found a product that was close to what I had used and two days later in feeling so much better it still hurts to walk but now the pain is mangable thank you Green Kong you are a blessing. read more

Everything is neat, organized and clean I was not overwhelmed by their products and they have a good selection and variety. From tinctures to flowers and everything in between.
