It is very rare that you find a Law firm that IS NOT looking for ways to take in your money as fast as they can, and then slack off on you!...and if there was ever such a Law firm, I can testify and assure you that it is Green Maple! Am not joking, these guys, especially Danny and Linda, are really the ones you call when you have reached the ultimate point of frustration and futility with the immigration process! I was totally blown away when I first went in to see them with my wife. A previous attorney had taken so much money from us, and had been unable to deliver our green card. However, Danny and Linda received us with warmth and assurance. They gave us a full consultation without asking for a penny....other firms WILL request anywhere from $200-$300. They also assured us that they will investigate our case with USCIS, and find out why things stalled. Within 6 months from our meeting with Danny and Linda, they already had us back on track with the immigration process. Within another 6 months, we had our Green card on the way. They STILL had not asked for a penny from us! At this point, my wife and I requested the bill. The ultimate truth was that Green Maple Law Group declined our request for payment. They assured us that their service to us was on the house...and that they were glad to have been able to help...after 6 years of trying! I still find it hard to believe that these guys corresponded with us by email, telephone, and personal contact. I approached Danny Chen from Green Maple Law Group initially just to learn about the popular work visa known as H1-B, which I understood at the time as the only option a recent grad in design field can go for. Danny scheduled a phone consultation with me on the same day and opened my eyes on other possible legal options to stay in the US to further my career. He explained in detail the pros and cons of each and their requirements, immediately I know this is a law firm who think for their clients with the highest consideration, ethic and upmost integrity. Even though I located in New York, I entrusted my case with them right away. Danny has a full team of staff to back him up, I worked with Linda who were thorough every step of the way. For my personal case I went for the H1-B this time, where the employer's involvement was needed (and required by Law). Initially there were a little dispute from my employer's side in terms of the modes of communication with my lawyer and types of document they were able to supply. But Danny and his team were resourceful and resilient to work around the road blocks and obtained what was needed for my case. Although the major downfall for pursuing the H1-B visa is the lottery cap, which I didn't get.
