No sign on the door. So I guess this is one of those fly by night, work when they feel like it places. I guess I have to revoke my previous review because I was not pleased with the "service" I found yesterday. Because of this I had to schlep my dog all around town with me all day Which made for a very unhappy, tired and miserable pup. How do you run a business when you're not open the hours you say you are and you can't even be bothered to put a sign or answer the phone. I did check the website and it said in fact they were open however, they were not...... so I would suggest you find another dog groomer. I know I will.

My dog came back traumatized, with a burn from the clippers and a DEEP CUT that required EMERGENCY ROOM attention. I am beyond furious and my dog won't trust another human again, and shakes and when she sees any humans besides our family. If you love your pet, avoid this place at all costs, they should be shut down. My son also heard that they had cut another dogs tongue while we were leaving.

Dr. Kenney is a very kind hearted human that genuinely cares about animals. She was always understanding and she thoroughly took the time to help my ailing cat. I have seen the other doctors and they are all very kind as well. The vet techs were always nice and Bret was always my go to guy for handling my cat. I even took my rooster that was sick and Dr.Kenney was great, she gave me medication for him and he was feeling better within 24 hours. I can't say enough nice things about this hospital, believe me I've seen close to ten different doctors in my cat's lifetime and Dr. Kenney was the best!

Not only have I not seen her so happy to play with other dogs, she didn't want to leave! She slept all day after we picked her up--rest assured that she had plenty of exercise and wasn't caged like some kennels. I'd recommend ACST to anyone who has a dog that socializes well. If we weren't on vacation we'd bring her back once a week, just for her own fun. She got up in my daughter's face and made her cry while repeatedly apologizing for something Ava didn't even know what she was sorry for. She cursed them, took $65 and stomped into the kennels complaining that she was on her lunch break and to leave her the hell alone. Letting the puppies out without their leashes for my elderly mother and daughter with a broken arm to chase down. This business is the worst experience I have ever dealt with. Not to mention my puppies act like they have been beaten. I had heard terrible things about this business and now I understand why!
