No issues with their work. After a couple weeks when I got my end of the mess all cleaned up, I noticed that after the stump grind they had not quite gotten all of it below grade and called them, their response was quick and poitive, scheduling the grinder back to my home at no additional charge. I am very satisfied with their work and would be happy to reccomend them for tree removal work anytime. The cost was reasonable and they were available within a few days to start the work.

I'm going to try to keep this unemotional and professional, but I feel this owner's employees are…read moreamateurs and he is too expensive. Somehow, I think there was confusion that I am the customer and I pay for service that I need, not what he wants to do. I have a very easy yard to maintain. Very little grass a few bushes and one small tree that might need trimming once a year. This never came into play. I had this service for one month and his people put me at the end of their business day where they couldn't spend more than about 15 minutes tending to my yard during each visit. Since there were two of them working, they counted it as 30 minutes or a few more. Something wrong with this system. Bottom line, they mowed my lawn once when it was extremely wet causing it to look like a muddy mess. When I remarked about that, the owner evidently did not think it was much of a concern. What bothered me was that they didn't seem concerned about my concerns and never did trim much of anything except the grass. The owner decided to drop my account, with no explanation, by sending me a letter which I never received until the normal visit day. I sent a text asking where his crew was, He then notified me that I had been dropped. I felt his prices were too high for services rendered and I was going to terminate the relationship anyway. If you want to do business with this company be very specific about how much time you expect them to spend on your yard regardless of how many people work on it. I was misled. I think with this individual, it's strictly a numbers game. many concerns were not addressed. He has multiple Crews working and I believe it's more about quantity rather than quality. I expected quality treatment.. I was left hanging. I am also a disabled vet and feel this was a disrespectful way to do business.
