After weeks of trying to get into contact with any one of importance at Merrill landscaping, after being told to do so, and that I would receive "prompt and professional responses", I have yet to receive any call back, or form of communication. Despite that, I left several messages over the span of several weeks, and I finally attempted to sort out my issues with the customer service. I was treated rather poorly, told their upper management was entirely unavailable, and they could not help me. I called 3 more times over the space of 4 months, emailed once, and never got a response.
