my husband & i attempted to purchase a 2006 ford f150 king ranch from this dealership august 17, 2019.
during this purchase, a previous customer had to bring back his vw & we were told the dealer had to spend $1000 to fix it form him; as the vw had to come back also.
day 1 it had issues with stalling. it had to be towed back to the dealership. we had the truck at our house 3 nights in 5 weeks.
mike leonard, general manager, attempted to get me to sign new warranty paperwork after the sale, to cover repairs. there was a new warratny number & paper to sign. i refused. the credit union financing said that is not heard of.
they had to provide loaner vehicles, 3 different times. the last loaner we had they said they'd stop helping us.
we had to trade in the ford for another vehicle. mike attempted to collect an additional $500 upon this trade in. i refused.
mike bragged about their "slush fund" [to fix purchased vechicles after warranty doesn't cover].
