My last vehicle came from Motor City, I wanted a replacement for my previous car and Matt Green managed to source the vehicle within budget and it came serviced with 12 months MOT and the lifetime warranty. Free monthly wash and vac and I recently found out they operate a free puncture repair service for all their customers. I only took it for a valet…read moreservice but found out they also offer up cheap and quick MOT's and services and what's more they have a lovely big clean lounge area to wait in instead of the grubby little offices most garages offer. All their services are designed to be quick and hassle free so its worth booking in. The valet I went for was great. It was £18 and considering the state it was in I'd have paid more. They did a great job inside and out.

My first experience of In 'n' Out was last week when I needed to get my MOT done in a hurry. I…read morephoned up at lunch time and got an appointment for 4:30 the same day. I took the car in and was greeted by a friendly guy at reception. He took my keys after checking my car in and said it would be ready in about 30 to 40 minutes. We went over to B&Q for a look round, then went back and went into the Customer Lounge, where they have free tea, coffee, hot chocolate as well as free wifi (which had a great download and upload speed). The Lounge was lovely and clean and wouldn't have thought it was part of a garage at all. I was only halfway through my drink when the guy popped his head in through the door and said was already when we were. There was no pressure to have to get up straight away even though we were their last appointment. The guy told me that the only thing it needed was a bulb in the number plate light. He asked if I would like that done and I said yes. They then did that while I paid. The MOT cost £39 and the bulb £5 so was very pleased. The guy thanked me very much and we left. Would I use them again? Most definitely! ..and would certainly recommend them.

When we asked where to get a bus they offered us a courtesy car for free (ok it was a battered fiesta but it was comfortable, had a good stereo and was FREE!!) In the end it was only my battery that needed replacing, they didn't try to rip me off by suggesting other work, all in all it was a very positive experience. They also provided a 4 year guarantee on my battery. I think I have found my garage for life!
