It's insulting to the customer who chose you to provide a convenient mobile service, regardless of the cost. This company IRS Plus is a joke!!!! They advertised that the IRS on average were processing SETC…read moreamended tax returns and paying them out on a 9 week time frame. Right at 16 weeks later the status of mine finally reflected something other than "we've received your amended return" as of October 9th to please call us at xxx-xxx-xxxx ext xxx. I can then only to find out that the 1040x they sent on my behalf was missing info and needed to be corrected, little did I know there was a 30 day time frame given for the corrections to be made. I then called IRS Plus to ensure they were aware. They stated they were not. I gave them the info needed and even called the IRS to give permission for IRS Plus to call on my behalf. I waited a week or two to call them back. The man I spoke with on the phone said they had taken care of it before he even asked me my name!!!!! This is where I got super nervous and come to find out with very good reason!!!! I waited another week to check back with the IRS and guess what!?! Nothing had been sent back at all!!! I found out all of this AFTER the April 15th deadline to have amended tax returns in for tax year 2021. I am now out over $4k with no way to ever get the money owed to me all because IRS Plus would not do the job that I hired them and they agreed to do. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY OR RUN THE RISK OF NOT GETTING WHAT'S OWED TO YOU!!!! ***if I could I'd give no stars!!!***
