However I never received the horrible customer service I received today. When I walked in the store I said hi to the ladies at the front trying to be pleasant. Not one said hi back! Instead of saying hi or some other pleasantry the manager Tiffany decided to yell ABSOLUTELY NOT! Now this was right after I said hello and passed the counter so I looked back and asked if she was addressing me. She said yes and demanded I pull down or take off my face mask. This is the very moment I realized I was being racially profiled by an inept employee. I didn't know she was the manager at the time. However I knew anyone brazen and dumb enough to try and embarrass a customer walking in by yelling this had to be inept! Tiffany proceeded to tell me that I fit the profile of a recent thief. I asked why because I'm black with sweats and a face covering? She said yes. I asked if this was company policy she also said yes. Now I know she is lying as this makes no sense! When I called Corporate they assured me it is not policy! You wear a mask to protect yourself and others from Covid pulling it down defeats that purpose! The worst part about this is her lack of decorum or analytical skills. If you believe someone is about to steal why not watch them on the camera or discreetly follow them, in order not to cause a scene. Instead she believes the way to manage is by causing a scene that's why she yelled at me not knowing anything about me! When I met her aggressive behavior with aggressive behavior she then threatened to call the cops! This dumb manager thinks it's ok to try and embarrass a customer with her over the top yelling. Then she acts surprise when the person returns the aggressive behavior! To top it off the clueless manager had one front door locked. This is building code violation in every state in the country! When a business is open so must be the doors. This is the most basic of manager duties and knowledge, in case of fire or other emergency/disasters doors must be open or have a push bar! Tiffany obviously doesn't know what she is doing. Trying to treat customers like prisoners and thief's while breaking code violations

There was a sign that said it was on sale for $1. When it came up $1.25 I asked "Why is that the price when the item is on sale" he responded with "I don't know but this is how it rang up" so again I asked "Then why does it say on sale for $1!!" He repeated the same thing "I don't know but it rang up $1.25 are you going to pay it or not" I then said "I want to know why it's being advertised on sale if it's not?" The manager then threw his lanky arms up in the air and said "look I'm tired of repeating myself are you going to pay $1.25 for both items or not?" I then said "Wow you don't have to get nasty with me for asking why YOUR prices are marked different" I put my debit card back in my wallet and walked out the door. Pure disrespect from a manager who is SUPPOSED to do a price check" I will NOT be disrespected by ANYBODY who doesn't want to do their job" Not to mention EVERY TIME I go in there he's NOT at the register. Getting to the mall I knew it was going to be crazy as the parking lot was loaded. For a mall that doesn't have that many stores, it was loaded. As always, somehow, I ended up spending money. lol. Manhattan: This store always gets the best of me. The urban street wear selections are always spot on and they usually have a good sale or buy one get one going on. The store is always clean and the clothes are in order by size. Though the store isn't huge, they make great use of space and the size I need is always easy to find. I went in, hit the jean rack as they had some great selections out with various washes and rip patterns so I couldn't pass them up. Found my size. Got in line and was out the door. The staff is always friendly and help to ensure the shopping experience is smooth. CitiTrend: You can't leave Greenbriar without hitting Cititrends. As it was the day before Christmas, the store was super loaded. The clothes were all over the place in the men's section, however, it wasn't horrible. You could tell people had been shopping all day and the staff was doing their best to keep the store in order. It didn't take me too long before I found a few things I wanted. lol. I walked the entire men's section. Grabbed a few sweatshirts and headed to the register. I love the register area as it always has some extra quick pick goodies. While in line, I grabbed a few hair care items I saw and was on my way. The cashier was efficient and super nice. She greeted me, smiled the entire time, and wished me a Merry Christmas as I departed. Overall, though I didn't want to spend any money at Greenbriar, I got some great deals on some great items as a whole.

I always enjoy Greenbriar Mall, but I also know what to expect. It's an older mall, with mainly…read moreunique storefronts, bordered with stores only accessible from the outside, like Citi Trends and a large beauty supply. There are no major anchor stores remaining at Greenbriar. I used to visit for the Macy's but it has been closed a few years now. That said there are still some major retailers, like Kids Footlocker. I always visit Greenbriar in December because they are guaranteed to have a Black Santa Claus for my children to take pictures with. At that time of year, I find that the Footlocker stores consistently have GREAT deals. It's almost like they are giving the clothes away! Aside from the major retailers, there are lots of one-off stores that sell unique clothing should you be looking for a special item, costume, or clothes your preteen/teenager will like. There is also a great shop where you can get thinks embroidered or get shirts made. The food court is a whole experience! It has none of the usual suspects but plenty of places I'd like to try. There are is a common cookie retailer near the food court and a Piccadilly near one of the main entrances if you want a sit down meal. Long story short: if you're looking for an experience or for a unique gift with nothing specific in mind (or a Black Santa in December), Greenbriar is your place! You're guaranteed to discover something new there.

The store was very busy by Janithia was very calm and helpful. The went to great lengths to blow up my balloons. The 2 helium tanks in the front of the store were empty. Instead of saying "we are out" she went to the back(out of sight) and emerged a few minutes later with a huge helium tank and a hand truck. I was so thankful and pleased that I asked her if there was anyway to write a letter to let someone know how helpful she was to me. She directed me to the bottom of my envelope and I had to take the time to fill it out. I hope she receives some sort of recognition for her efforts. Thanks for the great customer service Janithia!

I like to stop by the various stores to purchase vases to make bouquets that a giveaway as gifts. I was pleasantly surprised at the selection of items and the cleanliness of the store. The staff were amazing from the manager to the cashiers, everyone was friendly, helpful and welcoming. Unlike most places, especially dollar tree stores everyone seems to actually like their job and enjoy working with each other. Even a customer seemed to be appreciative of the friendly manager, and it was clear that there are some that return regularly . I will be back when I'm in the area. It was a pleasant experience and attitude to the joy and the spirit of the holiday season.

Fast forward and here we have a One Stop Shop! You can find just about any and everything you need right here in this plaza. For those coming into town and staying near the airport, you really don't have to look any further. There are a few negatives which includes wait times to dine, the flow or lack thereof in relations to traffic, and parking but the upside to the issue with traffic and parking is that you can access the Marketplace using the MARTA system.
