I contacted Greenburo on June 24, 2020 and then called about six days (Monday) later to check that they had received my email. Jerry, found the email with my written instructions for two caps with embroidery. He and I agreed to talk Wednesday. We connected on Wednesday and by then he had talked with the embroidery person ( they don't work on Mondays) and had placed the order and told me it was ready for shipment. I was close by, so picked and paid for the order. I was SO HAPPY that the font and embroidery colors were done according to my instructions and the price was less than expected; under $30 for two embroidered caps.Thank you Greenburo and Jerry. Quality work but the last two jobs have had major mistakes. First one they gave me no pocket tees and this last order had black screen printing on the orange shirts rather than the white I ordered. They didn't offer to fix only give me a small discount and barely apologized. Maybe if they took the order on something more professional than scribbling on a piece of copy paper these mistakes wouldn't happen. I think I need to find another shop for my needs. read more
