The chiros are super friendly and talk you through everything they're suggesting for optimal success. They've also got crazy hours so it's easy to get an appointment in before work (I routinely go between 7 and 7:30 in the morning!) and you can just tell that every chiro is passionate about their patients and their patient's well-being. If you've got any sort of aches or pains or have an interest in finding out how you can improve your posture I would definitely recommend these guys-- especially Nick and Adrian!

Add this to the 10 minutes masseuse uses at the start for reki and 'feeling your energy', you're lucky to get half of what you originally paid for. Which, for $100 an hour I thought from the start was on the pricey side... On top of this, during the massage every time I asked the masseuse to go deeper I got the reply "whos the masseuse here, you or me?" The promise was that the massage would work up to being deep tissue but this never eventuated. It was only after my hour was up that the masseuse admitted to me that "remedial massage" wasn't really her thing. Which is fine, but that's not what I booked with the receptionist for. My neck and lower back are still in serious pain and i've got to go to work in 10 minutes lifting boxes. I will be re-booking in with a real remedial masseuse on Monday... just not health space. Waste of time and money

Kim made it so easy to book sessions with her at such short notice. Kim listened to me intently and I couldn't have asked for more. She made adjustments to my back and was very thorough with soft tissue treatment. On all occasions I have left the clinic feeling so much better with exercises and advice to follow. Following neck surgery to relieve pain circa 1997, I thought it prudent to avoid chiropractors who…read morewere "bone crunchers" for any future adjustments since they seem unable to accurately adjust only one vertebra. Being fearful of damaging the operated area, I therefore set about trying to find a chiropractor who could successfully adjust only those vertebrae which required moving. I was always sceptical about the final neck crack which seemed to move vertebrae that had just been adjusted by the practitioner. That movement seemed to me to be only in one direction and always the same direction. Was it necessary? What is/was its' purpose? Did it move the vertebrae to an unwanted position? What impact would it have on the operated area? What if I was not as relaxed as the practitioner wanted? Would I suffer permanent damage to my spine or worse? During said research, I discovered the Activator Method Chiropractic Technique (Activator) which causes pressure to be sited specifically at the target area thereby eliminating the possibility of moving other vertebra(e) which do not require adjustment, thereby disturbing other areas which do not require adjustment as may occur with more traditional chiropractic methods. Reasoning that this may be the treatment system required, I started with Peter circa 1999. Adjustments are quick, painless and no neck cracking at the end as per other chiropractic techniques. The above questions/trepidations are no longer part of my chiropractic visits.

I had been suffering chronic shoulder and back pain for some years as well as fatigue which I'm sure went hand in hand with one another. Doctor after doctor, specialist after specialist, Chiropractors, Physiotherapist, Osteopathy, Acupuncturists, Naturopaths, the works! I'd almost but given up hope and cake to the conclusion that this is what my body will always be; in pain, tired and uncomfortable. I'd heard whispers of Dr Andrews Callister's accomplishments with other patients around the Northern Beaches area and thought "What the heck.. what's the price really on wellbeing"? Especially if he could potentially help" so I called and made an appointment - BEST DECISION I HAVE EVER MADE..! It wasn't long before Andrew had me on the path to recovery.
