Never returned phone calls. Said my answering machine didn't work. Person answering phone always promised a call back. Never happened after numerous calls. Finally, gave up and had a relative fix siding falling off. Garden window not properly installed. Leaked water first rainfall. Someone came and stuck a little caulk in a seam. Not a fix! Window now has moisture between panes. Called Uniframe window company. Supposed to be lifetime warranty. Told they will send piece of glass and I'll have to hire someone to install it. GREAT WARRANTY! Said I should call Boelter's re: other issues with window. I already know where that would get me! DON'T EVER HIRE THIS COMPANY!
