We agreed on hourly charges, and these guys were like clockwork, in at 8am out at 4pm, and no cheating on the time charged. Honest work, honest attention to detail, and great results! That is worth something in my opinion. The house is 30 years old, nothing square and rafters wavey, these guys are experts at leveling out everything so the floors are straight, walls plumb.
