What bothered me most was the complete lack of empathy. Good practitioners make you feel cared for. This place made me feel like a walking ATM. There's a huge difference between running a business and exploiting people who are in pain, and unfortunately this acupuncturist crossed that line repeatedly. I recently got diagnosed with a severe case of Bells Palsy and my doctor said that it would take a year to get 80-85% of my face back. I had this persistent and horrible cough for more than a month, I visited my family doctor and received treatment but nothing worked so I decided to give a try to acupuncture and see if it worked, also I wanted to see if they could do something to reduce my stress levels and if they could help me to feel better overall. I was researching for a lot of places and at the end Green Leaf Clinic seem like the best so I made an appointment with Dr. Byoung, when you go into the clinic it feels really nice, you instantly feel calm and relaxed, all of the staff are great, after you will be received by Dr. Byoung and he will start asking you for all the things you want to improve, he will also do some tests in your body with pressure points to see what he needs to do for treatment. Overall it was a pretty amazing consultation he was not rushing me at all and he was listening to all my concerns. I suffered from serious side effects, such as insomnia, allergy reaction and secondary infection issues for about at least 4 months after taking the medicine Dr Nah prescribed. His careless malpractice gave me lots of pain that I had to go to multiple doctors and take numerous medicines to recover from his medicine. It really damaged my body. If I could, I would give a zero star to this place. Plus, this clinic is only interested in charging money through insurance companies, but not in curing your health problems. read more

I have been going to this clinic for almost 2 years now. The first time I met Dr. Na, he conducted a very thorough consultation with me which took close to an hour to assess my body conditions. I have gone thorugh multiple treatments on indigestion, painful period cramping, swelling, back pain and morning sickness during pregnancy. I like how Dr. Na is very detailed and catches even the smallest symptoms that are related to or may cause other illnesses. He assesses me every time I go for my appointment and bases each treatment on my condition at the time. It is usually a combination of acupuncture and herbal medicine which I find very effective. I highly recommend that you give acupuncture a try with Dr. Na - it will totally change your perception on Eastern Medicine. Dr. Na has helped me for the past few years with my chronic neck and back pain. The hot stone massage has always been helpful, and when he manipulates the needle in my shoulder you can really feel it work and I'll be sore the next day but always better. Dr. Na has helped me, family members and several friends I've referred to him over the years, solving problems that Western medicine was unable to alleviate.
