Jayden has treated our house once before for a mice issue, which was eliminated quickly. He came back to treat the house for the same issue plus other issues we have had in the past. When it comes to any kind of in-home service, this company is the gold standard. I've never had such good results from any other pest control company, probably because they have a different approach. But they also tailor their service to your needs and environmental concerns. The technicians are the best. They're professional, extremely knowledgeable and can answer just about any question or provide a solution to a problem. But they're also friendly and easy to talk to. One thing they do that I really appreciate is the technicians write up a detailed description of the work they performed. You're never left wondering. DONT EVER USE Greenline. Their service sucks and unfortunately we got talked into a one year contract. The sales person lied to us stating a price for a quarterly service and we were charge monthly for that price. We constantly had wasps in our yard and they never showed up at their scheduled time when we were home. They came whenever they wanted. They do not bug me. We have been using Greenline Pest Solutions for a long time. They do such a good job that when we moved, we continued to use them. We moved into a New Build and were being hit up by pest control companies constantly. They kept asking us to dump our current company and they would beat the price. I don't know if the other companies could beat Greenline's price, I kind of doubt it. What is important to me is reliable service that gets rid of the bugs. For the years we have used them we have not had any pest problems when they say they are going to be there they are. The service people are courteous and do a great job. Buyer beware!! I was bamboozled by a charismatic door to door salesman. I fell for the whole line about "Your neighbor had snakes in their kitchen!" "Yes you pay a little more but we are worth it!" After I committed, I couldn't sleep. Got up and looked at their reviews on yelp. Thank goodness for yelp and people who leave reviews!! They confirmed my suspicions and I was able to use the 3-day law to cancel. They force you into a 2-yr contract that costs $$$ to cancel. Finally got a copy of the contract that I signed.... (one time) It also states that we authorize Greenway Pest solutions to automatically charge but the bank statements show another company named Evergreen Pest control. They billed $59.56 monthly. I called since October, asking for them to cancel due to job loss. Still got billed and no options given just kept getting harassing calls about them sending a tech out to do service I signed up for and they expected payment. Said I needed to verbally call in to cancel.... I did in October, again in November, sent emails, texts and left voicemails....... Class act. Horrible experience. It all starts with the contract. It's practiced by the random door to door salesman racing through the contract and heavy pressure. The service itself is crap. I had two visits and had to call when the third was a no show. Now they keep charging me a monthly service charge of $59 for nothing. I tried to cancel but now being threatened with a $279.00 cancellation fee! You can't cancel! It is a total scam!!!!! I would rather take them to small claims court even if it costs me more. Professional, thorough and friendly! Wasps have been a big problem this summer. Greenline targets areas where needed. One thing I like is the same person comes out to my home during the changing of seasons and they know where the problem areas are. This is a very poor company to do business with. They charge you $200 for stopping service before the two year contract is up. This is the only way they can make money as their service has the opposite effect. We had them spray for bugs and within a day our house seemed to be infested. We saw more spiders, ants, earwigs, and even mice. We were told that since they were in the same area if we called their turn around is generally a day perhaps two. We were scheduled for over a week out. When told about the issues their story was "since our chemicals are so much stronger than anyone else's you will see an increase in bugs as they attempt to get away from it" as for the mice we were told they are not part of the service and we were to be charged extra for dealing with it. All in all I would tell anyone to stay away from this company if value, commitment, and basic work ethics are what you expect. You will not see any of these from this company. read more

i sold my house and wanted to have my new house serviced as soon as it is built (in about 8 months.) I called to have you account put on hold. They asked where would be and I told them it would be in Malad Idaho. They informed me that they do not work in Malad. They told me that I they were going to cancel my account. I told them that if that is what they need to do. Then I got a bill for $251 I called and they told me that I have to paid that amount because I canceled. I didn't cancel it they did and now they want me to pay for it.I paid $151 and call them again today and told them that I should not have to pay the rest since they canceled it. They told my I'm responsible for the cancelation. I'm considering call a lawyer. I have paid the $824 for the last 13 months and then a $151 yesterday. I don't fill I like I owe them even with the contract. There sales persons are real con artist. You don't get told the whole thing until some thing happens. A truly astonishing experience with Greenline Pest Solutions over the past 10 months, and I'm honestly not sure how to explain it without sounding like hyperbole. The story includes a violated service contract, multiple fraudulent charges to my credit card, a dozen harassing phone calls, and an outright REFUSAL to close my account despite multiple requests. I've never before had a company so determined to do the exact opposite of what a customer asks. If I could leave negative stars I would. Do yourself a favor and hire literally any other company. My home has been infested with box elder bugs, beetles, spiders, centipedes, etc. I even killed a black widow that was in my home today. I am completely frustrated and let's be honest, scared. I have been attempting to reach the office with no response. when the guy came to spray today he informed me he could not spray inside the house because they were out of the indoor spray. then 5 minutes later I received a text stating he had completed and was gone. Now my house is not huge by any means, but large enough to take more than 5 minutes to spray. extremely dissatisfied is an understatement. I still have a few months on my "contract" so I have to pay them AND spray myself to keep my home safe. read more

NEVER under ANY circumstances use this company!!!! I don't typically leave negative reviews, but this experience left me no choice. I will go out of my way to tell everyone I can not to use them due to the experience I had. The salesman selling it was by far the most obnoxious representative from any company I've ever dealt with. I had a door to door salesman pull up to my home on a one wheel scooter type vehicle and I was outside and he tried to sell me pest control services. I politely told him that we we currently had pest control with another company and I was not interested at this time but would keep them in mind when the contract was up. He asked me who I had services with and I told him, and he said that their product was inferior and that I should try him out. I told him that I was happy with who I had, but I would possibly try them out at a later time. He then asked me if he could email me a template to send to my pest control company to cancel. I told him that I didn't want to do that. He then said "wouldn't you like to help out a small business just starting out"? I politely told him I wasn't interested and then he asked me if I was LDS. He told me a lot of my LDS neighbors had signed up for him to spray and that I would be doing a disservice to them if I didn't sign up because they couldn't get "all the bugs". After being at my house for close to an hour I finally got him to leave. Well later that night at almost 9:00PM, my wife was outside watering flowers. The same salesman came up to her and tried to sell her the services. He asked her if she was LDS and said we would be helping out the LDS members in the ward boundary if we signed up for the service. He then went on to tell her that there were dangerous bugs in the area that were a threat to our children and family and that his mission was to keep our family safe. Throughout the course of him trying to sell us the product, he kept taking out his phone, which had a clear case on it with his LDS temple recommend inside and he kept holding it up to us, and waving it around while he was talking to us and kept orienting his phone in such a way that we could see it. She told him she wasn't interested, and again explained that we already had pest control services in a contract. He became more and more agitated the more we told him we weren't interested and made some snarky remark about me not being intelligent enough to leave my current pest control company because their company was "clearly better" and another comment about me not caring for my kids safety. Finally we got him to leave again. He then rang the doorbell like 15 minutes later and said he would do it for half price. We told him no and asked him to leave. He then proceeded to walk the edge of my property and stare at my house and into my windows for another 15 minutes before finally leaving. It was almost 10:00 PM It was almost to the point of harassment and I seriously contemplated calling the police on him. He was by far the absolute worst condescending, arrogant, offensive and obnoxious salesperson I've ever dealt with. I was so upset with the sales tactics and the way my wife and I were treated that I literally couldn't even sleep that night. I stayed up all night looking into this company and reading reviews and it seems others had the same experience. I also looked at Utah soliciting laws and I went out early the next morning and knocked on my neighbors doors and told them about my experience and was able to convince 3 of them to cancel their services before they came out and sprayed. If anyone reads this review and has signed up for services, I'm pleading with you to get out of your contract. Under Utah law, you have a right of rescission that they MUST allow you to cancel within 3 days of signing the contract and to void it. Do not give this company any personal information and do not allow them to persuade you to sign up for their services with their absolutely disgusting and abhorrent sales tactics. I will do everything in my power to convince everyone I can not to use them. read more
