They sell brand new phones/tablets and say they are 2nd hand so that you only get 30 days. Sales of Goods Act 1979 does not apply in this store. 6 months is a reasonable warranty in the law. The Computer Man provides a fantastic service. He can usually sort the problem out the same day (unlike PCWorld which needs at least a week). He does home visits or if it suits you better, you can take the offending PC round to his home cum office. His charges are extremely reasonable and are good value for money. He also designs and sets up web pages. He will give you unbiased pactical advice on what to look for when updating your PC.
