He has high quality workmanship; he pays attention to every little detail until the end of the project. The tile cutting for the remodel of this second floor bathroom remodel was extensive and Shawn went up and down those 2 flights of stairs to the basement about thousand times and was still smiling at the end of day. Shawn was exceptionally patient, lots of problems arose during this renovation (like all renovations) but Shawn was always able to find the best solution for every one of them. Do not use this company. They did terrible work at my house the first time i used them, but they…read morewere cheap so i thought i'd use them again for a small job. I called them, they said they would be there in a week or two. after 2 weeks when they hadn't shown up I called again, and again I was told it might be a week or two, after 3 when they didn't show up I called back and was told they had no record of the work order. Then they told me they were too busy for me and that I should call another company! So frustrating that I wasted a month waiting for them to show up and then they didn't have the time for me. Don't waste your time!
