We've actually seen the grass tech out their treating our lawn. We actually talked to him before the process and right after to give us some helpful hints. Very nice and friendly. They contracted out one job to a plumbing company and after 4 requests over a month time period I still have yet to receive a detailed invoice of an over $1000 bill - neither company will provide that to me- how shady. I informed them of the 6 week timeline of my fence being ordered and then after completing the 2nd of 4 steps of my project- they never showed up again, regardless of being told by Curt on May 26th that it'd be done in 2-3 weeks. Over a month went by and when I got ahold of Curt on the phone he told me they "dropped the ball on my project ". That the utility locates done June 3 were no longer good and we'd have to start over. My fence supplies were in and I was left calling other companies in town to squeeze me in and get my sprinkler work done asap. I called Aqua Lawn on a Monday, they were here 3 days that same week and got all my projects done in 3 days that Turf Tamers couldn't do in 3 months. Not only did they not complete the work, they also billed me for work they did on my neighbors property. Never again. Stay away from Turf Tamers.

It took 17 days after closing to get one of their techs out to show my husband how to run the system. By that time the yard had been so overwatered the seed had washed away in areas. On top of it we had a lot of moisture from Mother Nature. But no way to change the watering schedule set up by Turf Tamers LLC. When I finally did talk to Ryan about the weeds and the way the grass is growing he told me to pick the weeds and asked if I could re-seed the barren areas if they dropped off seed. He asked if we had a spreader and I said no so he said he would speak with someone and get back to me. That was 9 days ago. I don't know what else to do. What happened to customer service? I'm someone that expects quality work when hiring a professional.

It was a great time before graduation to have this happen. Then I called and emailed during office hours to see what they could do about the problems. No response!!!I so I texted pictures and left a message on the owners cell phone. She sent me a rude text message back that I was bothering her after hours. They screwed up five yards in a row that I lined up for them to do and she says not to bother her after hours???? Nothing was done to correct the problem with 3 of the five yards. Because she was mad I bothered her after hours. The company didn't stake any of the five yards after they made the application to stay off the yards for a little bit. . We have kids and dogs that they didn't seem to care about. Also they didn't provide paperwork of what was applied. After a couple weeks we still don't know what and when they did the application. . {by law should have paperwork within 5 days according to the MDA) it's hard to correct the problem when you don't know what was applied. Be careful when hiring this company the owner is not very professional and has a history of not getting back to people. She treats customers very unprofessional especially it there are problems. Most businesses would"ve at least apologized and corrected the problem not get upset about a text after hours.
