Jay at Tony's is such a friendly guy and was real upfront with expectations for the car including what could potentially happen if they found further issues. I brought in a BMW X5 with front damage and scratching on one wheel that looked as if it needed to be fully replaced - I had already pulled a few quotes and Jay was able to both provide the lowest range as well as clarify the full costs if more damage was uncovered. After a little delay in getting the wheel back, the car looks brand new . Could not be happier - Jay even assured me the "squeakiness" in the tires was just from washing... may seem small to over index on, but in a world where you are constantly up-charged .. seemed like a fitting end. If you have any collision issues, repair challenges and or just need something fixed with reasonable rates - this is a must stop. Thank you to the entire team - I am bad/lazy at writing reviews (unless extremely upset or conversely very happy) so take it as you will. Can't thank them enough! My BMW was badly damaged and had a fender bender that required replacement of the headlight, fender, and bumper. Being my first accident, I was scared to turn my car over to anyone for fear it wouldn't or couldn't be restored to its previous state. Everyone was booked months out, but Greenwood Collision took my car in 2 weeks and worked with Geico to process my claim. They were able to complete the repair quickly and my car looked brand new upon its return! You could not even tell where the damage had been. They also cleaned the car, inside and out. -Terrible customer service Last month, I Dropped off my car, the guy Estimated that my car should be done 2-3 days, 4th day I called twice (left a voicemail) and email, no response. 5fth day I decided to come in and see if my car is ready. Jay Lee said my car is not ready (i saw the paint on my driver rear side bumper where it used to be scratched is not matched to my car, and he said rear bumper needs to be replaced )and I told him i need my car back since I already returned my rental few days ago. He said i should've called and i said , i did , twice and email once but never got a response . Then he said that I should've wait for his call and should expect that the repair will take time (in my mind i did tried to reach out but tried to blame it on me, thankfully i am pretty calm person and don't engage to any argument) and told me to come back in May 2nd for my car . So i left without my car and called my rental car again. It's my first time doing this car repair process but i wasn't treated well. I wish the shop was giving me updates in timely manner. Definitely would NOT recommend this shop to people. Customer service is Trash. read more

This place is a waste of time...and money. I was in an accident in my Lexus, went here for an estimate...they told me I needed to buy the bumper myself and then they would reimburse me that cost when they gave the total to the insurance company. So i order the part...keep in mind this has been multiple visits to their shop. Then I call them and am told "let me check the schedule, and I'll get right back to you". I finally get an email the next day and they tell me " we decided now that we wont do it after all." Like the accident isn't enough stress to deal with. SMH F! This place....I've wasted a month and a half and $400 up front for my bumper. . Now I have to start all over and find another place. Could have just said no from the beginning . Save yourself a bunch of time and pass this place right on by. I finally picked my car up today - it took about two weeks and it looked so clean and beautiful that I did not want to drive it! They had done a fantastic, meticulous job. My car looked as good as new. They had cleaned and detailed the interior and exterior. I had asked Charles to fix some dings and also install Mylar scratch guard cups on the door handle and he gave me a great deal altogether. I found Greenwood Collision when I was in a bind using their Yelp reviews and they surely did not disappoint. My car was practically totaled after a freak accident where a guy was fleeing from police custody. It took about a month to complete all repairs but they were incredibly meticulous as well as communicative of the progress they were making. Within a couple of weeks, someone keyed the whole right side of my car, and then a different person ran into my driver-side door in a parking lot. This is the Internet, so I expected the reviews to be all screaming and unhappiness, and was really confused (and a little suspicious) when they weren't. Who the hell is *happy* in these kinds of situations? I trust my friend, though, and he said good things, so I gulped and went to GC hoping for the best. Lemme tell you, folks; Charles and his team live up to the reviews. They are #%\€~£}ing great. He walked me through all the issues, told me what he'd do to fix it, handled everything with my insurance company, and even fixed a dent in my rear bumper cover and repainted it at no additional charge. I got my car back today detailed inside and out and looking as good as it did the day I drove it away from the dealer. Daniel quickly gave me a quote for $300 and had the dent fixed in two days! I I was thrilled about the price and the work they finished. They also have the baking equipment which speeds up the paint drying process so I don't have to wait at least 90 days before I could have my detailed like my last body repair.
