Kathlyn Curtis came as a referral from one of my closest friends who knows Kathlyn from her past life as a tax attorney. "Kathlyn will fight tooth and nail for you," my girlfriend told me. "I've seen her with clients." I was also informed because of her law background, she's meticulous, great with contracts and negotiations. Hired. Kathlyn is also a 5th-generation Houstonian. Which translates to she knows Houston! I mean, as the Yelp CM for Greater Houston and a native Houstonian myself, I thought I knew Houston - but Kathlyn Curtis truly knows H-town Realestate: the neighborhoods, schools, history, demands/trends, builders, developers, contractors... I appreciated all of the insight and feedback she gave to me. There was one particular home that I had high interest in, and she flat out told me she wasn't comfortable selling me a home in that particular neighborhood. And she was right.
