The shop is well laid out, allowing customers to travel around the store at ease, and with comfort. The changing rooms are clean and spacious, making it easier and nicer to try clothing on. The sales assistants are very polite and helpful, and are always there to give you a hand finding things, and trying clothes on. It is a very reasonably priced store, which caters well for a lot of age groups. It is easy to pick up a bargain, and this makes it even better.

If I do buy something and then later change my mind the staff are quick in processing the refund and are always very friendly. Its always a pleasant experience when I do shop there, but its rare for me to find something to buy and keep.
