She unprofessionally called my lender asking if I "had money" and my lender said "umm you made the mistake and cost my customer $395".... Evidently she is stuck in 2008 and doesn't know the real estate market in Chicago is making it's way back. If you have a million dollar house in Libertyville I'm sure she loves you. If you have a 100k house in Waukegan expect to be talked down to, be asked questions that are none of her business, et cetera. I've bought and sold a lot of homes and have never experienced anything like her. It's a fundamental character flaw to treat people differently and to not do what you say you will do.
