Yes, they create beautiful art, but I will never buy art work from them again. Kinne Design customer service is one of my worst customer service experiences to date. I prepaid for the wall hanging and shipping at one of their shows. They forgot to send it, did not seem to think this was a big mistake, did not communicate when they finally did send it weeks after it was scheduled to arrive, and the correspondence with them was difficult and insulting. They had many opportunities to make it right, and they never offered to do so. I finally received my wall hanging, but despite how much I enjoyed it when I initially saw it, it still reminds me of how unprofessional and rude they were towards me after they made the sale. Kinne Design appears to believe that they are above treating their customers with respect. They did not realize that initially I intended to buy another piece from them in the future.. which will definitely not happen now. I imagine that they believed that they had already made their sale and would not see me again. Kinne Design Studio has a lot of competition. There are a lot of amazing artists, and there is a lot of beautiful artwork out there which is just as good or better than what Kinne is creating. This company better make greater efforts to be more professional and treat their customers appropriately and respectfully. I intend to discourage anyone from buying their work whenever I have a chance after my experience with them. read more
