We met Ben, the artist at an art show in Arizona. We had a blank wall in our dining room that we had been looking for the perfect piece of art. When we walked toward Ben's booth, we both saw his amazing artistry and did not hesitate. That was over 10 years ago. Ben was kind enough to deliver the artwork and mount it on our dining room wall. These pieces are very heavy, and I am convinced if I would've tried to mount them myself, I would not have succeeded. Ben was very precise and also used special mounting brackets so that they would never fall. The experience started with our noticing his magic work at an art festival and it has never ended. Each day we enjoy his artistry and remember his kindness and appreciate it greatly. Someday, we hope to visit his studio. read more

We purchased two pieces from Greg Kinne several years ago when they were in Carefree. As we live in Arizona, they hand delivered the pieces and hung them for us. We recently wished to add to our collection and have kept in contact with Ben Kinne who now owns the business and is present at the shows. He recently showcased one of his newer pieces at the Fountain Hills art show, Solstice and it was the perfect piece for our dining area. Again, he arrived after the show to personally deliver and hang the piece. We couldn't be happier. I have nothing but very positive comments to make about his professionalism, designs and artistry. We bought the "Antelope Pair" medallion at an art show in Mammoth, CA. Greg was very accommodating and spent ample time with us while we selected our favorite. While it was a heavy piece, they wrapped it for transportation and installation like the professionals that they are. Some time has passed and we have relocated bringing the art with us. Ben was very quick to send us the new hardware to re-install the medallion in our new home. It has held up beautifully and looks fantastic over the fireplace with so many compliments! We visited Kinne-Design exhibit at the Thunderbirds Exhibition in Carefree, AZ in January 2019. Their work is very interesting and the quality is excellent. We purchased one of their exhibit items, and since we live in Arizona, they installed it. Throughout the entire process they were very helpful and accommodating. We love the piece we purchased and couldn't be happier with it. Can't wait to attend the next art show in Carefree and hope these guys are there again. read more

Yes, they create beautiful art, but I will never buy art work from them again. Kinne Design customer service is one of my worst customer service experiences to date. I prepaid for the wall hanging and shipping at one of their shows. They forgot to send it, did not seem to think this was a big mistake, did not communicate when they finally did send it weeks after it was scheduled to arrive, and the correspondence with them was difficult and insulting. They had many opportunities to make it right, and they never offered to do so. I finally received my wall hanging, but despite how much I enjoyed it when I initially saw it, it still reminds me of how unprofessional and rude they were towards me after they made the sale. Kinne Design appears to believe that they are above treating their customers with respect. They did not realize that initially I intended to buy another piece from them in the future.. which will definitely not happen now. I imagine that they believed that they had already made their sale and would not see me again. Kinne Design Studio has a lot of competition. There are a lot of amazing artists, and there is a lot of beautiful artwork out there which is just as good or better than what Kinne is creating. This company better make greater efforts to be more professional and treat their customers appropriately and respectfully. I intend to discourage anyone from buying their work whenever I have a chance after my experience with them. read more
