So we went in to enquirer about the rentals. We went on a Saturday, but needed the truck Sunday. The owner, Bill Reynolds, was wonderful. He explained everything about the rental to us as well as reserved the truck for us free of charge. When we came to pick it up we joked some more and he walked us outside to the truck. Bill had a staff of about 4 working, but he as the owner made it is business to take us to the truck and record the information! It was a pleasure to have met Bill. Bill's store offer tax service, car insurance, and truck rentals. If you need anything in this capacity I suggest giving Reynolds & Reynolds a try.

I got insurance through Kevin Mccarthy- Allstate auto insurance. I found Kevin to be very…read morenon-responsive to my needs and calls (awful about call backs!). I had a car accident a few months ago- my car was totaled by a motorcycle ion a wet road, and Allstate just dropped me! I guess I was costing them too much. No tickets, ever, but an accident that I am still being treated for, mainly neck pain and headaches. All Kevin sent me was info on E-Health! Thanks a lot! No reasons why I got dropped, and no "sorry"; just a useless bit of info I can get from any agent. Which won't be Kevin, and if you've had any issues with Allstate, please share it online! You are most certainly NOT "in good hands". The hands that take your cash, but drop you if you cost too much. It makes me angry and pretty disturbed by our sorry insurance system.
